Qlodrop ("we", "us", operated by Alleria Inc) is an unofficial price tracking service. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website and app, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect

We do not collect payment information. Purchases happen on Uniqlo's own websites, which have their own privacy policies.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Your sign-in session is kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in.
2. Third-party services
We rely on the following providers to run the service. They process data only as needed to provide their function:
- Supabase: account authentication and sign-in emails.
- Google and Apple: sign-in, only if you choose these options.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: bot protection on sign-in, sign-up and password reset forms.
- Telegram: delivery of notifications, only if you connect it.
- Google Fonts, Tailwind CSS CDN and jsDelivr: loading fonts and scripts. These services receive your IP address when your browser downloads files from them.
Product links take you to Uniqlo's websites. We are not responsible for how Uniqlo handles your data.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country of residence.
3. How long we keep data
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep it to comply with law.
4. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing.
You can disconnect Telegram and delete your alerts at any time in the app. To request access to or deletion of your account, email us at [CONTACT_EMAIL] from the address linked to your account.
5. Security
We use HTTPS, encrypted storage for Telegram bot tokens, and rate limiting and bot protection on authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email.
