By creating an account or using Qlodrop (the "Service"), operated by Alleria Inc ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. What the Service is

The Service tracks publicly listed prices and stock on Uniqlo's regional websites, compares prices between countries, and sends alerts you configure. It is free of charge.

The Service is an unofficial project operated by Alleria Inc. It is not affiliated with, authorized or endorsed by Fast Retailing Co., Ltd. or UNIQLO. "UNIQLO" and related marks, product names and images belong to their respective owners.

2. Prices and information

• Prices, discounts and stock levels are collected periodically and may be outdated or inaccurate. Always check the final price on Uniqlo's website before buying.
• Cross-country comparisons use converted exchange rates and do not include shipping, import duties, taxes or card fees. A store in another country may not ship to you.
• All purchases are made directly with Uniqlo and are governed by Uniqlo's terms. We are not a party to any purchase.

3. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• If you connect your own Telegram bot, you are responsible for that bot and for keeping its token private.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download data from the Service, or resell it.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, CAPTCHA or other security measures.
• Create accounts automatically or in bulk, or use the Service to send spam.
• Interfere with or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

5. Changes and availability

We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. Alerts may be delayed or missed due to technical issues or changes on Uniqlo's websites.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from prices, stock information, missed alerts or purchases you make based on the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
